I wish squirtle could follow you around like in Yellow though, that was good that my main Pokémon wasn't stuck in his little ball the whole time.

Mudkip, because it becomes Swampert, and I have found Swampert to be the most useful starter.


But for Nostalgia purposes, I will have to say Feraligatr, even though I don't use him much, because I have Swampert.

I haven't got to use Torterra yet, but he looks cool.

Bulbasaur for me as the original Pokemon games' first two gyms were rock, then water, and grass owns them both. That and Bulbasaur leveled up faster i seem to believe.

I always thought Cyndaquil was the best starter ever. Cute, yet badass. And evolves into Tyhplosion. Whats not to love?

My favourite starter is mudkip, but I'd prefer to have totadile in the long run because Feraligatr used to be my favourite pokemon before ruby and sapphire.
