Sorry, but Boone's badassery is simply unmatched by anyone else in all of New Vegas.

It's got to be Whiskey Rose. This game taught me that if you want to avoid negative health effects for alcohol dependency, get an alcoholic friend.

Depends on the character. Whiskey Rose is the best companion perk in the game for a melee or unarmed character, imo. With enough survival, you gain 21 DT by downing a whiskey, wasteland tequila, and a large wasteland tequila. Yeah, those all stack. Cass was invaluable to my first character, since I was light armored and unarmed. Two Deathclaws instead of the one I was after? Time to get drunk.

Arcade Gannon all the way. Loved that gay hero of the wastes, I was sad when I did the endings where he died or committed suicide.
