Shrek 2 for the PS2. I got it for my Birthday when I was younger. One of the bosses was a five minute QTE. Took me forever to win.

I think it was in resident evil 4 where I had to run away from a boulder, It was an interesting unexpected occurance.

Shenmue, and I thoght it was pretty cool then, even if I kept messing up on a few of them. Generally, I don't mind QTEs if, like that game, they occur as part of the actual flow of gameplay. Something like Uncharted, where the final boss was a QTE that came out of nowhere just was annoying.

If you're willing to count the timed button-press that comes up when CoD4's dogs pounce on you, then that was probably my first QTE. Talk about a poor intorduction.

Succeed and boot someone in the face. It was the high water mark of QTEs.

This big time, But I mostly failed the first few times, but I got really good at it. Ended up beating the game. lol this was like 7 years ago.

Always have and will dislike QTEs, prefer to have some actual imput on a game rather than hop between pre-determined events pressing 1 button.

call of duty 3. i was playing it on my brothers xbox (ps2 still owns xbox!!!!!!) and at the time i thought it was probably the singularly awesome thing ever.

Tomb Raider Legend. I didn't notice the big flashy arrow the first two times, but once I noticed, I enjoyed them. At least you respawned right in front of the event if you failed.
