This is a horrible thing to discuss.
I think I would let the choice come to a die roll or the flip of a coin. Let fate decide.
EDIT: Woah this just got a lot worse. Which one do I hate? I hate neither! I think that hate is too powerful an emotion for most people anyway. It's pretty hard to hate the beings that gave you existence. You can dislike them, sure, but hate is too much.

Let me just say that choosing something like this is extremely unfair towards your parents, at least if you had a healthy family life. I love both my parents for different qualities. And I cannot and would not choose one over the other because, as individuals, they're unique.
Now, if one of your parents hit you or something, I could understand the reason behind this thread a bit better, but assuming you too had a normal childhood, this is just weird.
