They're fine action set pieces, but I'm not sure they're fine superhero films. Superhero films are generally considered big dumb action movies, but they should still have a level of consistency to them. They should make sense. Much of Snyder's work is just "shut up and enjoy the pretty visuals." And if that's what you're looking for...I mean, that's fine, I guess...you do you. To me, that doesn't feel adequate.
