Assuming the gun factories are out of action, AK-45 for its simple, easy to maintain design. Although finding bullets could be a problem, so a bayonet would be needed.

well, according to my trusty zombie survival guide, which i think would work in any situation, i need a single fire weapon with skope, so AK would work, if it was single fire only, ashame you did not put the M1 Garand.
