Turn-based combat. It just boggles my mind how can anyone really enjoy it, it's like enjoying making excel tables or doing matrices. It's a completely alien thing to me, like it was designed by a completely different species that hasn't seen fighting in all its history. I'd understand it if it was geared towards direct tactics, like XCOM or Final Fantasy Tactics, or had at the very least some charm to it, like Earthbound. But some games just think that it's sufficient, somehow, without adding anything more to it. I would guess that it's just in order to make you feel like you have some sort of bearing into the story, which is okay, it's better than nothing, and nothing is better than a David Cage wanktrain.
