It was a fun porny comic, clearly a play on the "unwanted harem" genre that seemed to be all the rage in the early 2000's. The plot was interesting- a demon is sealed inside the testicle of a virgin loser (the manga made it a point to point this out a lot). In response, the demon sends every virile sex demon at this poor dude, and no matter what happens in sex, he can't release... the demon queen from himself or it's the end of the world. It's a very cool concept that I literally have never read in comics before and I liked that it had a happy ending. It was also Japanese, so it liked playing around with the idea that #notalldemons were bad or evil.
I'll be honest- I start and stop a lot of story ideas that I'll hash out on my computer late at night because I want to some day be a writer, and My Balls still is a concept I would LOVE to explore, even as a westernized adaptation. It was a lot of fun, took things seriously when it needed to, wasn't... rapey like most manga like this would be and it actually had a very likable relatable protagonist (most hentai main dudes are huge monsters or unlikable assholes).
It was also not THAT porny. As in... well, it was but it was tasteful.
