Porn Distributor Strikes Out With Sony, Tries Microsoft Instead

The only age verification that could work is face and voice scanning (with natal?) kind of what cigarrets vending machines do in japan (i read it i dont know if its true) and even that wouldn't be 100% accurate.
Trying to get porn on a Sony machine, the company already famously against publishing adult content in Japan? That's.. audacious. And a bit stupid, considering no entertainment company in their right mind would work with pornography distributors when anything more than 20% or so of their revenue is from children and families. And right now, it must be what, at least 30% for the Xbox alone, mustn't it? And way higher on the other consoles.
Whoever accepted this'd experience a short term profit boon, then a possibly massive publicity problem and likely long term profit injury. Nobody's actively supporting pornography on non-console computers yet, they just aren't getting in it's way. How on earth can this guy seriously think he could get his merchandise out on a medium that requires a corporation to effectively put their seal of approval on everything it distributes?
Maybe this is just another form of ignorance toward gaming and gamers.. seeing a business opportunity that isn't there rather than a non-existent obscenity.
Also, yeah, who the hell would trust a guy with a face like that?

I think we would be doing a disservice to our children if there first exposure to porn was through Vivid - it would be like letting them watch Disney's versions of Grimm's faerie tales rather than read the original.

Only the thing with the people who actually are influenced by the "anti video-game propaganda" are that they are people who is not really in the targeted market audience in the first place, and thus their opinions should not be regarded that highly. I am a supporter of freedom on all levels, and I think people should be able to do as many things as possible with the hardware, but this may be too far. I can't think of any reason why someone (assumed to be able to legally buy porn) would rather pay for porn on his videogame rather than pay for porn off the internet. Then again, I can barely believe people actually pay for porn on the internet. I mean... it's the internet.

You do have keyboard support for the 360. I use a USB one all the time. Though it would be nice for mouse support. Do you mean in-game support for the keyboard?, while you can use it for typing it would be nice to be able to play games with the mouse and keyboard.Baby Tea said:
