The ports for my minecraft server wont open.
Heres some backstory

A few weeks ago, everything was going well, the port was forwarded (25565) and people could connect to my server. However, disaster struck and for whatever reason, Windows decided to remove itself from my computer whilst I was enjoying a shit. No idea what caused it to do so, but oh well. Windows (7) was reinstalled, and the slow (re-downloading all my games from steam again) re building process began.

Back in the present day, Everything is all but as it was, except for the port being forwarded. It stubbornly refuses to forward. I've read through all the guides but with no avail. I have gone through the router settings and changed the IP of the port to the new IP (which changed).
My router is a dreytek 2600VG and it is the most updated version.
