So, as I'm certain everyone is aware of, the ARG countdown for Portal 2 has ended, and Portal 2 has been released on Steam. For those of you unaware, here's the website: http://www.aperturescience.com/glados@home/
If the number at the top of the site is what I think it is, it's the number of people currently playing Portal 2, which is at 66k at the time of posting.
This still leaves two questions to mind: One, what the crap is Half-Life's G-Man doing in the page's background [http://disgui.se/images/gman.jpg]? And Two, what's with the potato count at the bottom of the screen? It's been looping from 63,000 to 61,000, and back again. This is most likely one of Valve's other mysteries that shall be left unsolved. I think the potato number is just a glitch, and Valve will either fix it, and be awesome as usual, or leave it, and torture us with the ever-lasting mystery of what that count was for. Because, ya' know, Valve is almost completely made up of a group of psychological terrorists.
[sub][sub][sub][sub]I mean, honestly, they had the whole of the gaming community eating out of their hand for like what, the past week? I'm fairly certain these guys could take down some world-power if they damn well pleased.[/sub][/sub][/sub][/sub]
