... Is it just me, or since I've beaten single player and co-op on Portal 2... I just really want more... and I can't go back to the game I was playing before it was released... I just don't really feel like it. I hope it's not just me.

the broken worlds and moving walls just made it fell different from what appealed to me in portal 1
I guess you could try the secret achievements, but I can't say much else on replay value.
Maybe there was a liiitle too much hype for a semi-short game, as brilliant as it is.
Hopefully we'll see more DLC on it in the future. The only problem is, unlike L4D which you can download maps and play them, you can't exactly do that in the Portal 2 co-op because there isn't a menu system, hopefully that'll be fixed soon.

That's not empty inside, that's addiction. That's a good thing. Sadly, not every game can be Portal and Portal 2, so you'll have to pick up something to fill the need. At least until the DLC comes out. Then back you go. 
I've definitely been wanting more ever since I've finished all of Portal 2, but I haven't really been depressed because of it. This has mainly been for 3 reasons:
1) I have a very large and thriving WoW addiction
2) DLC is coming in the summer
3) I know Valve will release the modding tools soon and the community will give us a steady stream of new levels to play with
