Portal 2 Map Editor.

Portal 2 test chamber editor thingymajiggy has just been released, and the workshop is filling very rapidly with chambers to test but all the popular ones seem to be the beta testers maps (because they're obviously of a higher quality). So I want to try yours instead,

With the actual editor being immensely simple to create something anyone with a decent idea could put it into the game nicely.

Anyone got any maps they've made already? Any good ones that aren't on the front page? Opinions on the editor? Got any ideas for a chamber you don't need?

Well PS3 does have Steam, and seeing as all of this is integrated with Steam workshop I wouldn't say it's never going to happen.

Obviously I have no clue but I don't see why it couldn't, you choose all the maps you want to play through a internet browser and then when you load the game it automatically downloads them.

It's incredible how much easier this is to use compared to hammer.
I've just tried some of the maps which are on the front page and that Mevious guy seems to some pretty good maps but I haven't looked for more maps. I'm waiting a bit until people get more familiar with it and had some time to make great maps.

Oh and of course Cave's multiverse ramblings are hilarious.

It's possible, but it'd be awesome if us PS3 players could create maps too. THAT'S the part that seems unlikely.

I don't think it likely since usually the tools that come with games are pc exclusive, but you never know (I just wouldn't hole my breath). That said, unless you bought the game used it should've came with a code to download it on steam for free, so you can also just dl and play the new maps there.
