What Cave says is about time travelling "available" in the next chamber in wich we cannot access.

So the conclusion is... It may be a joke or there was something about time travelling... We'll never know... haha

I still would like a time travelling game which eventually becomes unplayable because you've spammed out the world with copies of yourself. Think Majora's Mask, but you walk into down to find 1,500 child links all trying to jump on and kill the one chicken
