I have an American friend who sounds exactly like Taylor Lautner, and we convinced my sister, who was a huge Twilight fan at the time, that I was best buds with him and that he could secure us a spot in the next movie. She believed us.
I felt guilty and eventually told her the truth, though.

Okay, here's what I did;
I made my mom pinch the sides of a matchbox. (The sides with lighting surfaces)
[sub]This kind has lighting surfaces on both sides.[/sub]
Then I made her hold the head of a match stick between each of her fingers and the lighting surfaces, making their ends stand straight up.
Then I balanced a third match stick on top of those two, bridging the gap.
Instructing her to hold it still, I then promptly karate-chopped the bridging match stick; lighting the two others that she was holding.
Turns out that if you light a match stick while keeping it pressed against your skin, it will stick to you while burning.
Oh, yeah. Did I mention that this is A bloody awful thing to do?
