The Book Depository has the translated editions. I just finished the first book and it's great - not only translated, but translated well.

If you enjoyed the story of the games, I'd definitely recommend the first book (The Last Wish). It's a collection of short stories about Geralt's adventures. The other books are a novel series about... Well... Geralt, Ciri, Yennefer, and pretty much everyone else. Many of them are translated into English, but I've heard that the fan translations are even better (though less polished).
Awesome! Will have to check it out then. Thanks for the reply.

I haven't finished the game yet. I'm 70 hours in and still have tons of stuff to do. This game is fucking huge.

My favourite game of all time is Mount and Blade Warband, so I'll recommend that. I'm too tired to go into a big rant about it and besides, I've done that a good 6 or 7 times by now.

You could also play something completely different. Play CS:GO. Realize that you are awful, then spend hours trying to become just bad.
