For my PS3? I'll tell you the good ones.

Transformers: War for Cybertron (actually, my favorite game).
Uncharted: Drake's Fortune (hated it. It's on this list because I'm warning you).
InFamous.
Arkham Asylum.

I'm strapped for cash. :c

PS2:
Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2, gorgeous games. Amazing.
War of the Monsters, an old fighting game with... well, monsters.

Not much else. As previously mentioned, strapped for cash.

I have a Wii is Brawl and Mario Kart Wii, those are pretty fun.

I plan on buying Oblivion and preordering Skyrim for the PS3, as soon as I have money.

Am I the only person with a "collection" that's large enough that I can't simply remember it of the top of my head, and then pick my favourites?
And it's not like I even own anything older than PS1 games. And some games I like but don't actually own since my older brother owned them.

Uhhh, recommendations require some thought since the only games I can remember being severely disappointed in were a gamecube megaman game, and red faction: guerilla.

So my recommendations (off the top of my head):
Any Super Smash Bros. (Melee is the best, but Brawl's single player is very nice)
Any 3D Zelda except Spirit Tracks
My personal favourite Halo was ODST, since it changes things up a bit, but I think it should've changed more. I'll know how I feel about the original once Aniversary comes out.
TimeSplitters series (First just basic arcadey awesomeness, second has the best multiplayer, and third has the best singleplayer)
Call of Duty 4 (and no other)
All Twisted Pixel games
(I'm not actually that focused on FPS, I just can't think)

I can't think.
I have about 10 PS1 games.
10 GBA games.
About 30 DS games.
3 3DS games.
2 PS2 games. (Brother owned the PS2)
About 25 xbox games.
About 30 Gamecube games.
About 15 Wii games.
And enough xbox 360 games that my potential gamerscore is somewhere around 60,000 and that includes many xbox live arcade games.
A few PC games, old and new.
And I have played games as old as SNES.

That's no huge collection, but I can't remember everything in it

Fallout 3 (brilliant game) CoD's MW1, W@W, MW2, BO, the Saboteur, Just Cause 2, NFS-HP, C@C and Red Alert 3.
BO?

OT: I think a photo would be quicker.

Honourable mentions:
Baldur's Gate Series
Dragon Age Series
Mass Effect Series (noticing a trend)
Portal
Final Fantasy Series
Fallout 3 (Not played the earlier ones yet) Not a personal favourite, but it's well made and plenty of people like it.
Borderlands
Diablo 2
DotA/HoN/LoL (google it/them)
CoD4: MW
Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance Series (non-canon, but fun)
One of the Dynasty Warriors main series, (Doesn't really matter which one)
Pokemon doesn't matter what version but make sure that a friend get's the opposite version.
Jade Cocoon
Batman: Arkham Asylum
Assassin's Creed series
Command & Conquer series, the earlier ones are freeware now. There's no excuse.

I'd better stop now

I can't remember all of mine, but where I previously lived, things had a habit of being borrowed without people asking, so to keep a tab on what I had I made a list on my laptop. Then I just added stuff periodically as I bought it, which I just pretty much copied and pasted into here.

3) Psychonauts (one of the few games in the world that says 'y'know, let's make a game that's just fun'. A wall-punchingly bipolar difficulty curve always followed by comical characters and events with a hint of crystal meth)
Everyone who likes games should try Psychonauts. Simple as that. I can't even begin to say how fantastic and pretty and clever this game is. It has to be experienced to be believed.
