My main Shepard is John Shepard: Earthborn, Soul Survivor, Soldier.
He looks like this:
Growing up on Earth, in the slums have left him with sort of a gruff, direct personality and a short temper. The loss of his entire team on Akuze changed him, he doesn't like to talk about it much, but the topic brings back bad memories. He has a gift for reading people and is easily able to instill trust in someone as he is to instill fear in them. (I maxed out both charm and intimidate in ME1 and had both Paragon and Renegade nearly full in ME2.)
He tries his best to help people and save as many people as he can, but he knows the life of a soldier is rarely an easy one, and in trying to save people sacrifices have to be made and he would gladly make them so other people don't. His temper may occasionally overtake his common sense, if someone does something he considers particularly heinous, he'll kill them, rather than convince them to step down or arrest them.
During his hunt for Saren he ran into some remains from his past. Discovering that Cerberus had arranged the Thresher Maw attack that wiped out his team on Akuze, he gave into his desire for revenge and killed one of the scientists responsible, it's a descicion he regretted afterwards as it didn't bring him any peace.
When he was forced to work with Cerberus to stop the Collectors, he could never forget what they did on Akuze, he was always on his guard, never trusting them and always doubting their motives.

A hard working soldier with a tragic past and passionate for justice (thats trial justice not vigilante). If your part of his crew he has your back no mater what and because of that treachery is unforgivable in his eyes. Has no negative feelings towards any particular race, has a fondness for Quarians and thinks they carry to much blame for the Geth uprising. Now for the stats.

I had six shepard's (3 male, 3 female, one of each class) that I imported into ME2 and now I have 10 Shepards. By the time I am done with ME3 I expect to have 14-16 Shepard's. I guess you could call my stats: Everything.
I don't consider any of them perfect, I played each one of them making decisions in ways that were in fitting with that Shepard (Though I fucking hate the Soldier Class).
