Skyrim's been out a week, it's bound to have resulted in the idiotic deaths of you, your companions, or random npc's. Post your best.

Yesterday, Lydia managed to off herself entirely by blundering into various traps in Folgunthur. Rocks, a spike trap, finally dying after wandering into a poison dart trap. Glad I didn't bring her to the Dwemer ruins in Raldbathar, that crossbow would have been the death of us both...

Fraps also recommended for extra lulz.

First dragon I fought, when he landed I decided to run in and punch his scaley ass with my mighty Khajiit calws. Three seconds later I was a charred pile of roasted kitty with severely bruised knuckles and pride. Second time around I just shot him full of arrows.

I sold my Thief Guild armor. Now I can't do the quest to get a piece upgraded... meaning that I can't finish the quest to finish the thief's guild.

I was sneaking around in an abandoned Dwarven city, stealing all their precious Dwarven artifacts, and wondering absent mindedly why I wasn't being gang raped by clockwork robots. Passed into a particularly dark chamber, cast Candlelight. Seems casting a spell is a stealth breaking action. Gang raping commenced forthwith.

Anyone ventured into the Abandoned Prison yet? There's a trapdoor in there that leads to an alternate exit. An exit that opens straight onto a waterfall. I didn't die but I was so far down the river it was a massive pain to get back to the location that I had ordered Lydia to wait for me. Very funny though.

In terms of deaths...I guess my biggest fail would have to be trying to kill a mammoth. No giants around to bother me so I thought I'd go for it. When I realised that I definitely couldn't take it on, I decided to backpeddle away only to get stuck - and then immediately crushed - against a boulder.
