Hello David,
Thank you for contacting Steam Support.
Steam game subscriptions and CD keys are non-transferable and cannot be reset or moved between Steam accounts.
We will be unable to transfer this game to another account. You must be logged in to the original account it was registered to in order to play the game.
Please note that we do not normally offer refunds on purchases made online. However, we are happy to make the exception for pre-ordered games if the request is received prior to the release date.

I would like to have the game refunded.
----------------------------------------
Now did they refund? Or no..?
Will they respond saying I have gotten refunded?
Also I note that I wanted to get a refund due to a stupid delay they had of the game and planned to release it the 19th, but for some reason it released today, the 15th, 4 days early, while I had asked for a refund. I should still get the refund correct? Becuase the game said the 19th, they released it the 15th, and so I had no control over that and it was random.
