Pre-Release Date Troubles

My retailer that i'm pre-ordering Skyrim from says they are getting it in a day early so it's ok to pay for it and start playing it then. I'm pretty sure it's ok i just want to clarify though. If i play Skyrim on 11.10.11, will i get banned on live?

I don't see no harm, it is not a multiplayer game, I doubt you be banned, just to be sure unplug your internet cable and play offline, and don't tell no one.

Unless you play a game literally months before release, playing it a few days before it hits shelves is perfectly legal.
