I'm gonna go with the Ninjad conjoined twin idea. It isn't physically possible, I highly doubt mother nature can kick in 12 years early like this for girls. Unlike the mass hormone amount that can cause the rapid aging system (basically baby that dies 2-3 yrs later of Old age, forget the name, LOOK IT UP!!)

Yeah, like the others said, she's not pregnant, it's just another fetus that grew inside her, so it's actually her brother or sister inside of her, not her child.

Yeah, conjoined twin sounds much more likely. It's not possible for a one year old to get pregnant.
