I'm sure everyone has been exposed to some prejudice of some sort, its impossible to avoid as every single person on the planet is filled to the brim with thousands of prejudices, prejudice is part of the human psyche.hyperhammy said:
I used to get racism from some of the asian community in my area when i was at school. The teachers their seemed to believe that racism only worked one-way. White kids would constantly get the raw end of the deal, with asians getting away with things that noone else would.

I hate racism in all forms though. I used to use racial slurs liberally with my coloured friends when i was joking around with them, and some people seemed to think this meant i was racist.
That's where it gets interesting though, because people thought i was racist suddenly i have my other friends bitching about other races to me. It's incredibly annoying hearing your friends being racist, especially when they're stubborn about it.

Apparently, if you aren't in a wheelchair, crutches and do not have any glaring impediments, you don't have a disability. Yet apparently you're still a "retard". People are very odd.
Not only that, have you noticed how it is perfectly okay to laugh at somebody with any disfigurement or disability yet the same derision towards somebody of the opposite gender or somebody of a different ethnic origin would be labelled as "disgusting" and "terrible"? It's rather sad.

Having blond hair and blue eyes obviously makes me a Nazi. Whenever I grow my hair out, I'm a gay Nazi. I get that pretty much every time I walk out of my apartment. Actually getting a bit sick and tired of it so I'm thinking of moving to an area where it might be less rare.(The area I live in is mostly Hispanic)
Here in Sweden, there is an increasing risk of being someone expressing prejudice when you express your opinion, true or not. I really, really don't like pointing fingers here, but the people MOSTLY annoyed here in Sweden (that are the most vocal (this statement is VERY unresearched), of all the groups I know of, al-right?) are: people with alternate sexualities and muslims.
These two groups whine, alot. In my (most likely) uneducated mind, these two groups are minorities that wants to change how the majority acts and talks.
For some reason, the will of the minority takes precedence over the will/habits of the majority.
This might be my idealism, but THE MINORITY SHOULD NOT DICTATE THE MAJORITY.
The minority SHOULD make the majority aware that "Oi, this isn't right, we would like it changed, please? If we need to, we'll make a new majority, by telling people what we think, and see IF they agree". TO CHANGE THE WAYS OF THE MAJORITY JUST TO SATISFY A MINORITY IS, AND WILL ALWAYS BE A FORM OF TYRANNY.
Of course, the sheer amount of people on the planet makes this a tad difficult. The second and third issues are:
A: how much information is shared amongst people and:
B: how we find out what they know, and agree upon.
Prejudice is both ignorance and difference of what is right or wrong behaviour. Again, here would be minorities forcing majorities to alter common behaviour to satisfy these minorities.
I myself can see that I have left some points out, and I'm going to, since that I can myself see what COULD happen if these points are brought to their logical extreme. Most "humanists" will find it REALLY uncomfortable: however, I bring this up: the more people we breed, the less space there will be for minorities to develop into majorities without bloodshed.

I have something similar. I was at school and I told this one guy that I'm German. He replied like this: "You can't be German, you don't have blue eyes" to which I replied "My brother doesn't even have blond hair but red". Then he said "then you aren't German." I have been refused entrance to stores and landlords have refused to rent to me because of my ethnicity.
ive been called both a nazi and a fascist for my heavy Italian/German heritage...these people who insult me though are uneducated jacks. the war were my ancestors were bad has long since ended.
See, I'm not even mostly German. A tad bit, but then I'm a well-bred mutt. If there's a race, it's represented somewhere in my family tree. I think the heritage I have the highest claim on is Irish, but that's a measly 4ish percent.(My family has kept track of our family tree)hyperhammy said:
