I was just playing Team Fortress 2 on a server that offered "Premium Accounts". I started a 15 minute trial thing. Then, I pressed the W key. HOLY CRAP. My Heavy was faster than a Scout! I fired my Minigun a bit. Wow. Infinite ammo. Increased damage, too, and when I killed someone, I recovered 50 health. And when my HP was full? I was overhealed by a kill.
This account was so game-breaking that the BLU team, the team opposite of me at the time, who was full of these "Premium Users", beat us at cp_Granary in a couple minutes. I didn't like the advantage at all. Not even when I had it. It was just so unfair for other players!
My question to you guys is this: have you ever encountered such game-breaking bonuses to certain users in online games? What are your opinions on them?
