Soooo, I was in GameStop yesterday and while I'm not much in PC games, I saw Prenumbra Collection (has all three apparently? Or something?) on the shelf for pretty cheap.
I've been wanting to try out Amnesia: The Dark Descent for a while now and I just need to get off my bum and do it, but I remember Yahtzee talking about Prenumbra in his review, so I figured I'd pick it up.
I'll admit that I'm an idiot when it comes to PC games, so bear with me.
It says under system requirements that it requires Windows 2000 or XP. Well, since the game's kinda outdated now, I have Windows Vista (as does the rest of the world).
I have a decent video card, though I couldn't tell you exactly what it is. But I don't have a dinosaur of a computer or anything.
Should I be able to run it and play it without any problems?
Now, the guys in GameStop really couldn't help me out much, and they said that if I had any problems, I could just return it. So, they had no idea if I should be able to run it. So, I'm asking you guys instead.
Also, anyone that's played it, opinions? It was a 100% impulse purchase, really, and I don't typically do those. But it was about $10 and their last copy, so I figured I'd pick it up anyway. If most of you guys say it's not so good, I can always return it anyway, I suppose.
So, yes.
1.) Can I run it on my computer?
2.) Is the game any good?
Thanks, guys!
