Just not to shy ppl away (with my as i been told, offensive rhetoric) I rather just wanna hear what ppl have to say before I make my statement if that?s alright?

No, it's not alright. Be specific about what you're talking about.

What prequels? You can't have a discussion without being clear about what you're talking about.

Well, there are different types of prequels. There are money milkers (Halo: Reach) and there are those that actually contribute to the story (BioShock Infinite (I hope at least))

Please try and write in proper english.
Deus Ex: Human Revolution was a pretty good prequel, although other than a few references, it didn't really leave anything open for the rest of the series.
I'm not even sure what the canon ending was.

I kind of assume that it was Taggart's ending to restrict and moniter augmentations, seeing as only military personnel seem to have augmentations in 2052.

Nothing wrong with a prequel, sometimes they are better than endless sequels. At least it mixes it up a bit. On the other hand, its hard to get a twist ending out of a prequel.

Well, its hard to say. It could be the "let humanity decide" ending and they decided - augments need regulation.

I chose that ending. Everything needs regulation, just as we control who can own a gun and who can fly a plane.

Is the OP saying they're good or bad or just omnipresent? Regardless, Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII was pretty good, Dissidia Duodecim Final Fantasy was fun and Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep was great. Squeenix seem to be all over teh prequel thing these past few years.

I chose that ending too, first off. I must say it made absolutely no sense to me though, as it makes out that humanity decides to revert to the dark ages, similar to Tong's ending in the original. Human kind isn't the sort of creature to throw all technology aside due to a disaster or failure in the machine. It would be the equivelent of us destroying the jet engine after 9/11.

I want a prequel. I want a prequel to the Splinter Cell games.

I want Sam to go back to his stealth roots in a game that has extreme difficulty built in due to the fact that Sam wouldn't have such fancy gadgets.

I want to go back to his "first" mission with Third Echelon. Maybe it could be a top secret (even more than usual) mission that the government wanted Third Echelon to complete before it could get proper funding and recognition by other agencies.

I want it set in a time before Sam had an EMP on his sidearm. A time before goggles with 17 different vision modes and sticky cameras.

Have they even said that Infinite will be a prequel, I haven't heard that anywhere.

OT: As long as it fits into the story, I don't have any problem with them.
