I just downloaded it and played through the first level... man, I surely would've pay for this game. It's clearly unfinished, it has no music beyond the main menu and the gameplay itself was clearly not meant to be played with a mouse and keyboard, but it works pretty good and the graphics are alright and charming at times.
It's Cow Zombie's classic humor through and through. If you've played Ben There, Dan That and/or Time Gentlemen, Please!, it's that kind of tounge in cheeck humor. For free, this game is a complete steal and it's a 100 mb download, you owe it to yourself to give it a try, it even has achievements for crying out loud!.

Well that just seems silly. There's a game on the indie marketplace (I can't believe I'm remembering this) that lets you use the 360 controller as a vibrator. All it does is let you set how you want it to vibrate and then it does. Basically the game is a masturbation aid.
So that can go on but this can't... I guess this game shouldn't say "vagina" so much.

Its an educational game. A harmless one at that. It teaches about STDs in a fun and interactive way, showing how to combat certain deseases and what they do. Its a funny game with a purpus and channel 4 had something to do with it so It cannot all be bad.
There is no reason why this could not be on xbox live.
Its a playable game, could probally do with a bit more polish but its an indie game how much of that can I expect. The controls are a little sloppy and the sound could do with a little work especilly music and talking levels but apart from its not a bad game it has a good reason behind it.
The only reason to stay away from it is because you may learn something from it.
Its a shame microsoft stopped it being played but then again I dont do 360 so i dont care but anyway this should be played and it should be showed to schools this would make a fun educational distraction that showing pictures and talking about stds
