What software are you recording with? Does it have it's own input selection setting?
What recording devices can you choose from? If using Vista onwards does the little bar on the right go up and down when you make a sound?
Where are you plugging it in? Front/rear port? What symbol or text is next to it?

What software are you recording with? Skype, Mumble and Audacity
Does it have it's own input selection setting? Yes for Skype and Mumble and not sure for Audacity

What recording devices can you choose from? Not sure what you mean from that, I think you mean if I can choose several option? then I have choosen mic
If using Vista onwards does the little bar on the right go up and down when you make a sound? Nope

Where are you plugging it in? Front/rear port? rear port
What symbol or text is next to it? its a mic symbol

its not the first time I am using my mic with this exact same computer with mumble a few month ago not sure why now its not working anymore

Try unplugging and replugging it and see if it says "unplugged" or disappears from the recording tab - that should make sure you're using the correct port and it's properly configured. If that appears normal then there may be a problem with the mic or the input jack in which case you should try the mic on a different computer or try a different mic port. If nothing changes when it's unplugged either it doesn't detect that (some sound chips may not be able to I'm not sure) or something else is wrong.

well I feel like my mic is broken, I just tried on another computer (my laptop) and nothing happends, wierd, I used it like few month ago...

the computer (desktop) doesn't even seem to detect it (hard to say on laptop because of the incorporated mic), either I connect it and disconnect it I just see some kind of volume going on and off but that must only be static

I never considered that but yeah if the bar moves when you plug it in but not when you make sound it probably means the mic is buggered.
