Problem With The Latest Extra Credits Video

I am trying to download the newest Extra Credits video (the role of the player one) and while I can watch the video online, every time I try to download it it tells me that the file could not be found on the server. I have tried downloading it from Internet Explorer, Firefox, and iTunes, but they all give me the same error message.

Could someone from the Escapist please look into this? I really want to download this video and I have been trying for two days...

P.S.- And yes, I have the Premium subscription so I know I can download videos.
