So while I sit on hold for another 90 minutes waiting on someone at Bioware to pick up, I figure I'd ask if anyone else is having issues installing the game. My patcher/launcher keeps dying after it downloads "English Assets 1" and starts trying to install it. I've tried completely wiping old installs and everything else I can think of, but nothing works. The most aggravating part is that it downloads and installs other files with absolutely no problem.
It doesn't help any that the customer service is godawful and it takes a minor Act of God to actually get someone to respond, on the phone or their forums.
