Problems downloading CoD 4 MW for PC

Hey everyone, I'm trying to install MW to my PC. Now I actually went out and bought the game but it says that I'm missing:

F:\setup\data\main\video\launchfacility_b_load.bik

Can anyone help? Thanks

Its missing that file.
Check the directory

All I can suggest is to try re-installing it.
