Yes my pc is that crappy that it can bareley run 1.6.
I will try to get right to the point. I usually run 1.6 on OpenGL in the video options, because it has a good framerate, and when I want to have my weapons right handed it allows it, unlike software. So I tried playing it today and it suddenly said that OpenGL isnt supported...
WTF
So now im stuck running it on D3D having the framerate at a blazing fast 9fps...
Is there any way I can get it to run on OpenGL again, or at least a way to get the fps back up to the 15-20 I usually had on OpenGL?
(Onboard graphics controllers FTW)

If it forces you to do D3D(How old is your computer by the way as mine is very low and it runs CS 1.6 fine) then lower the settings. Run it in fullscreen at the lowest resolution, low details and such.

However old Celeron processors are...

Besides I have smoke detail at the lowest. I can try running the resolution on 800x600 (not sure if that is exactly it)

PROTIP: If your computer is bigger than you, go buy a new one.
I'm saving for a new one. Its sort of hard getting $800 together when you dont have a job, and no one will hire you.

I tried to run it at the lowest possible quality, it still only managed 10fps at most...
