I'm not positive this kind of thread is allowed, but I'm entirely to aggravated at this situation to not ask someone for help.
I have a problem. Whenever I try to import my contacts to Sync in my car, my phone crashes. Then my phone won't re-connect to Sync after it crashes. I have an Alias 2 and a 2009 Ford Fusion. Any ideas on how I can fix the problem?
I've deleted the phone from Sync about 5 times, each time trying something that the Verizon people told me to do, or something the Microsoft people told me to do.
