Product/Brand Revitalization

So i'm a senior in college and I am currently enrolled in a marketing class. I have a project coming up where I have to take some sort of product or brand that it in decline and attempt to turn it around.

For example think Domino's pizza, and how they admitted their pizza sucks and really focused on changing the product and informing the public.

The issue is I can't think of anything worth revitalizing. So does anyone have any ideas?

The use of their respective motion control peripherals to widen the demographic of the Xbox 360 and the PS3 comes to mind. But that's mainly because we're on a video game website. Ask me this question on the XKCD forums or something; I'll give you a deep analysis of the market share of stick figures.
