I just picked up Street Fighter IV and im having trouble with the "joystick swings" you have to pull off to do special, super and ultra moves. I was wondering if there are any controllers on the market that you can bind "joystick swings" to buttons with. (Also.. How the freaking hell do you "CHARGE"?)
