Personally I'm in the camp that motion controls are an unneccesary part of gaming. But that Burnout demo was pretty sweet.

What I find is how huge of a deal people are making of this now like its new. I remember reading a Nintendo power in the early 90's that talked of work being done on full body controllers using the same tech they used to move the bot on Short Circuit. Why is this being lauded as anything new?

It has actually been made now, not just talked about!
