Why doesn't Timmy Gunn render his services to Super Mario and give him an extreme make-over? Maybe he can throw in a few non-primary colors into his costume scheme...maybe even some glitter?
Wrap it up in a nice ?-box, suspend it in mid-air and leave it where he's likely to roam on his latest adventure and Super Mario can be Hyper Fabulous as he saves the day!

It's like he tried to take every fashionable item of the last 50 years and combine them into one horrifying dresscode, and THEN PUT ON DUNGAREES OVER IT AS WELL!

OT: Good for him? It's not like he didn't exactly KNOW anything about Mario, but that didn't really affect his comment, did it? Even I would say "he looks like an Italian plumber, and is in no way fashionable"

I think I saw a kid wearing that outfit to school the other day.

It still won't get him 5 minutes time with Peach before she lets Bowzer run off with her again. Wait, I thought Mario already has glitter?

Well it is functional for a Blitzball player. It's a brutal sport so it's not like he could ditch the outfit in favour of DTs. His left arm is fairly well armoured to guard against tackles while he throws with his right, and his left leg is uncovered to allow for greater freedom of movement since that's the leg he kicks with. The rest of it is just the particular style of the game and a homage to his father [http://1.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_ksaagwtFJ71qzvm96o1_500.jpg] who wears overalls as well although he leaves his chest uncovered to display his Abes tattoo and muscular physique.
