Notes: Its one of my favos but I will try to stay Non-fan on this so to speak.
Ships* (From destroyers to battlecrusiers)
Im 16 and from sweden so please excuse my weak grammar. Im way better at speaking or reading english heh.

Story

Okay as far as the story goes humans have traveled into space and colonized several solar systems. These systems are under control of the Terra Armed Forces (I belive). Terra has effectivly smashed all uprisings and the alike but several systems banded together under the name ADAN. Your childhod friend works for ADAN... Reminds me of Gundam Seed.
I Expect more of Squere Enix thou.

Okay the plot has to be pretty obvius here. You are Katana Farway (sorry if misspelled) and are a test pilot in the TCAF (Terra). ADAN attacks and so on. It's Pretty standard story if you ever watched anime and even if you haven't you will still se the plot missions ahead.
Myself i liked the story and well im a sucker for anime.

Presentation/Graphics

There can be lots of ships onscreen at once and the ships are nicley detailed and explosions and lases/missile effecs are notable, theres something to be said about fiering 20 - 30 missiles at once.
Some missions boasts up to 20 - 30 enemy Ships* and 50 fighters at once and you may have half that number on your own forces, Most missins will bring in enemy backup to. As you probarly expect this can cause slowdowns.

Difficulty/AI

The game on easy is easy so to speak. And when yu go higher difficulty it generarly just gives the enemy more armor/firepower, If you go from easy to hard everything gets like 4X armor, other than that your allies drop alot more quickly. Now your allies can do some damage but they generarly just get in the way. Protecting the Acropolis (Your carrier) in some missions can be a real pain.

Controls

A lot of people complain about the controls, well i praise them. They may get some time getting used to but if you learn the standard scheme and dont use the easy one you should learn it fairly fast and when you do you will be swatting some ADAN flies.
The game also lets you turn of your engines. This allowes you to keep your momentum and still turn your ship around fast, (Very usefull when bombarding CapShips and destroying those anoying fighters on your ***.

The Rest

Theres lots of different wepoons to unlock and when you complete the game you can a new game with the stuff you left of with when you won, (higher difficulty mabey?).

The dissapinting.

Criminaly short, you can finish it in 5 - 6 hours. Some Achivements takes at least 10 - 12 playtrughts. Like realy, They want me to destroy 1 GIGATON worth of ships *sigh*.

Summary

Story - Standard fare story and anyone who have seen anime knows what to expect. Does a good job of driving the story and the cutscenes are quite nice, Square Enix made it after all.

Presentation/graphics

Nice effects and good visuals overall. What you'd expect from a 360/Squere Enix game
Some framerate issues in the largest batles.

Difficulty/AI

Just scales enemy Armor/Firepower for greater difficulty, Your allies are pretty much incapable of shotting things down and when they do your just unhappy cause they stole your kill.

Controls

Smooth controls that take some time to master.

*More Notes*

This was my first complete review (exept for 2 on gamespot but those are irrelevant).
I'd realy want some coments on this that might help me inprove. (I'd gladly take negative or things to inprove kinds of comments)

Personally, I'm against breaking up the flow of reviews with sub-titles... Other people probably think differently, though, so don't put to much merit into that.

There were a few spelling/grammar errors, but for a first review, that was good.
