Welcome!

And I've never heard of a case where a movie that appeared in the same theaters you can watch a Disney movie had a real life sex scene in it. It's all simulated if I am very, very much mistake. If I am my view of the majority of Hollywood actresses...hasn't changed one bit.
The Brown Bunny 2003

Only in America can you go to jail for charing for something you can give away for free.
Really?

So, you can sell alcohol in any other country without a license?
can't get a Hooker License.

you can sell booze to your friends, you can sell your cooter to your friends

you can start a business and get a liquor license, but unless you're in very specific areas, you can't start a business and get a prostitution license.

QED.

True, it was a weak analogy, but I'm sure there's plenty of things that's perfectly legal to give away that you can't sell in other countries besides America.

Oh, yeah, event tickets. I'm pretty certain only organizations (either corporate or not-for-profit) can sell those.

...No, I don't talk to my significant other about pornography etc, not because it's an uncomfortable subject but because it's a useless subject with no benefits~ It's also a bit weird to me that couples would talk about something as banal as an internet forum, but we live in a computer age and I suppose I shouldn't be so surprised that some people talk about internet-related subjects more than me and mine.
I think you have the order wrong. Mature relationship comes before talking about porn.

Anything is up for discussion, in any medium. The internet is a relatively new medium, it's like talking about something on the news, or a movie.

As for "useless subject with no benefits", doesn't that apply here? Talking about it is useless. Just because there is no end product doesn't mean you can't discuss it.

age of consent: 16
Soft porn: 16
Hardcore naughty stuff: 18 or 21 (depending on WHAT stuff)
first sex ed: around age 11

so i'm all out of this one...

...but your wife definitley got a work around. Question:
If i sleep with a prostitute and tape it to sell is it legally porn production??
