Protagonist turned evil

Whos a protagonist youd like to see turn evil. They arent being brain controlled, blackmailed or anything like that. They are merely themself but with their morality inversed(and it doesnt matter how good they are). And in this story they go all the way to victory or until theyre somehow stopped so tell me how things go about.

I know we all know what happens to Big Boss later on, but it would be neat if in the next game you get to actually experience it first hand.

Who would we like to corrupt and watch destroy all they've worked for? I like that question. I'll go with the first thing that comes to mind - let's see if harry Potter could outdo Voldy. I mean, he already has experience in the field, also inside information on the people who would stop him - he has a pretty good head start, I'd say. And people would hate him so damn much for this.

The boy who lived...gone rogue. If he starts by killing his best friends, then personally attacks Hogwarts, then that's a very evil thing to do.

Link. Let's face it, by the end of any game, he's already a battle-hardened adventurer who's picked up a host of powerful artifacts and items, not to mention the land's Magical McGuffins. After he's beaten the latest oppressor of Hyrule or wherever else he is, why not just rule the land instead of just waltzing off into the sunset? Whoever was in charge before didn't exactly do a great job by allowing themselves to be tricked by the villain, after all!

Also, why can't the Pokemon protagonist for once just jack in the Pokemon League challenge and just force a hostile takeover of the criminal faction in that realm, instead? Team Plasma were pretty cool...

Cyclops. One of the most brilliant tactical minds in the Marvel Universe, an extremely powerful mutant, and eternal nice guy who is the punchline to everyone's jokes because he plays by the rules.

I'd love to see him say "fine, the hell with the rules and the hell with you", blast Wolverine's head off and toss it into the sea, then go off on his own. Let him do some villainy where he really turns his powers loose, blasting buildings in half and whatnot. Show everyone how much he's been restraining himself, and let him be the character he deserves to be. Then, a couple of years down the road, he can join a team that actually respects his leadership, restraint, and compassion.

You should read X-Force comics. Cyclops is not the nicest guy in those ones.
