And, depending on how you play, The Vault Dweller(Fallout 3), The Protagonist (Oblivion and a lot of other games)Titty Shepard (Mass Effect series), The Agent (Crackdown series) and Cole McGrath(inFamous).
And, pretty consistently, Niko Belic, Marcus Fenix, Master Chief, (He keeps taking various Marines' guns and giving them pistols. That's just bullying.) Lara Croft (See Zero Punctuation for justification), and.....Yeah, that's all I got.

Edward Cullen, unlike all the other jerk protagonists on this list, he's completely unlikable.
Think about it, in terms of all the abuse he puts a mentally unstable girl through (she went suicidal after his all too short disappearance) he's a huge dick!

So the consensus seems to be almost every game protagonist ever? Maybe protagonists who aren't jerks is a bit more interesting since every game seems to require killing loads of things. I nominate Solid Snake, because he can always be a pacifist depending on how you play him.

If A2M had made her more of a badass and less of a ***** then WET may have actually gone somewhere. But they didn't and that wasn't even the least of the problems with Wet.JoeBattisti said:
The protagonists in prototype and Just Cause 2. In prototype, the protagonist is a murdering jerk and in Just Cause 2 the protagonist is blowing up an entire country to stick it to the government and that includes civilian water towers and gas stations. In a third world country that's just not nice and stealing a poor farmer's quad (and stranding him in the middle of nowhere or even running him over) is just a dick move.
