So I've been working out regularly since grade 9 (about 6 years ago) and I'm not bragging but I've been told I'm pretty jacked but anyway up to this point I haven't been using any kind of supplement or anything like that to help me out but recently for no reason I've been thinking about starting to use protein powder to help give my muscles a little extra boost in growth/strength/etc but as many other products out there there are so many brands I have no idea where to look so I turn to you guys and any advice you can give me about what brand of protein powder you recommend or maybe a different kind of supplement that works better.
