prototype - 100% clean city

ok so i just beat the final boss and just tried to destory some hives but more came back! is it possible to clean the city

hang on are there multiple endings? to answer the question i don't think so cus when i take out a building of either side it just respawns later on. That said why would u want to get rid of the opposition i'm mean lets face it the game is just about killing stuff

I think hives and military bases just keep respawning.

no well not unless you count losing as a diffrent ending...
