Sorry just had to do that for the title but it DOES have some relevence with the post. Basically, Games are tested and gamescon E3 ect ect. BUT games there havnt been released and havnt been given a PEGI rating. SO should anyone be able to test out the games even if they are 13/14 but its a 16? or should the games have a pegi rating while in testing??
