PS1,2,3 stealth games?

The title says it all. OTHER THAN MGS, which I have, are there any decent stealth games on the playstations? Preferably not the PS3 at the moment, but all suggestions are appreciated.

One of the earlier Tenchu games was supposed to be good.

Definitely Tenchu. By far my favourite series on PS1, (of course excluding the legendary MGS of course!)
