Does anyone know if there's a reason why PS3s suddenly seem hard to find. I haven't heard anything about another price drop or anything to that effect (and it seems a bit soon after the last one as well). My PS3 won't read discs now, and I've tried a couple things to fix it/clean the lens, but nothing seems to work. So, I tried looking online to see what deals there are on PS3s before I drop $150 on the repair(yes, it's out of warranty) and I can't find them available at any of the major sites. Best Buy even lists them as unavailable online and in stores. I saw a deal posted somewhere from yesterday about new PS3 slims from dellhome for around $250 and today I can't find them on the site at all. Amazon only seems to have them well above ESRP (resellers). Is something going on?
