PS3 Background changes?

Ive noticed on a few of the ps3 themes ive downloaded, The Red alert 3 and Bioshock 2 themes, that the background picture will change without me doing anything. Take the Bioshock 2 theme, it was a picture of Delta with a Little sister, then I left my PS3 running Folding@Home for about an Hour, and when i went back to the XMB it was delta firing a Minigun . Whats up with that? Its kinda cool that i get more then one background but not that it changes. And its not a dynamic theme. I dont pay for themes. Is there a way i can chose what picture it stays on?

Some themes just have different pictures. It's part of the theme, and has been around since before dynamic themes.

You can not get it to stay.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that literally all the themes (even the free ones) come with at least 2 or 3 pictures which change after you open a new window or something like that.

Ok thanks guys. I just got my ps3 a few months ago, so im still figuring it all out.
