I have a PS3, which we use as our Blu-Ray and DVD player, and a Samsung LCD TV that is capable of doing 120 Hz instead of the 60 Hz. I have the required HDMI Monster cables capable of keeping up with that.
When I go through the Audio/Video selections and come to the one the PS3 is on the TV says it's on 1920x1080i@60Hz, I've looked through the information and everything is ready to be going at 120 but the PS3 is sending the stuff to the TV at 60Hz,
How can I set the PS3 to send the information out at 120Hz?

You can't the only two options are 59.94Hz (60Hz) or 50Hz. The latter option only appears on European PS3s and can only be activated on media stored on the PS3s Hard drive.
