Ps3 error reporting

Has anybody else seen the ps3 error reporting screen? I just seen it for the first time today we got it when the console locked up on the xmb. Is it just me or does this seem like it could blessing or a curse to have pop everytime your console locks up.

i had my pos ps3 freeze up once today and reported it , i even had it freeze up 6 times in one day and reported it every time
the freeze up happens alot and pisses me off , the reporting of problems probably does nothing anyway , if sony really cared about this they would of fixed it
