Had to format my HDD, lost all my games.

My WiFi is having issues, and I can't get a wired connection to my PS3.

So...
I'd like to download my profile (with my trophy info) and all my game saves (I'm a PSN+ member) from my PC to my PS3.

I know about the USB part, but I can't seem find the files on Sony's website.

I don't believe you can store your profile on a USB stick or download any PSN account related files using your PC. You can use a USB to transfer saves (those that aren't copy locked, anyway) from one PS3 to another but that isn't useful in your situation since you don't have them anymore. You will have to get your PS3 online, log onto PSN and download your profile and saves that way. If your PC can get internet you could try plugging your PS3 in where it is and use the monitor as a screen if that is a possibility. Not sure where the WiFi problem is or if you have access to the transmitter but if you provide some more info you might be able to get help with that.
